  11. The  'AMORT - LOAN AMORTIZATION' application program requires the  
  12. follow system environment in order to operate.
  13.  
  14.                  IBM PC (or compatible)
  15.                  MS-DOS 3.10 (or greater)
  16.                  512k free memory
  17.                  Printer (any)
  18.                  Floppy or hard disk (with 500k free space)
  19.                  Monochrome or color
  20.                 
  21. The   diskette  that  your  copy  of  'LOAN  AMORTIZATION'    was 
  22. distributed   to  you on CAN NOT be used for   calculating   your 
  23. loan  amortization schedules.  First make a backup copy  of  this 
  24. distribution disk and then install 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' on  either 
  25. your hard disk, or floppy disk, system.  If you are using a  hard 
  26. disk system it is suggested that you create a sub-directory  that 
  27. will contain the 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' program 'AMORT.EXE'.

  30. INSTALLING 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' ON SYSTEMS WITH A HARD DISK DRIVE:
  31. --------------------------------------------------------
  32. The  following  DOS command will create  a  sub-directory  called
  33. 'AMORT':
  34.  
  35.        C:>MD\AMORT
  36.  
  37. Once  you  have created the sub-directory, select  the  new  sub-
  38. directory by entering:
  39.  
  40.                  C:>CD\AMORT
  41.  
  42. Insert the  'LOAN AMORTIZATION'  distribution disk in drive  'A'.
  43.  
  44. Copy  and at the same time decompress the AMORT.EXE program  file 
  45. from  the   distribution disk into  this  new   sub-directory  by 
  46. entering:
  47.  
  48.                  A:INSTAMOR <return>
  49.  
  50. Remove the 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' distribution disk from drive 'A'.
  51. You  now  have a working copy of 'AMORT'.  To load  your  program 
  52. just enter:
  53.                      C:>AMORT\AMORT <enter>
  54.  
  55.  
  56. INSTALLING 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' ON A FLOPPY DISK
  57. ---------------------------------
  58. In  order to run  'LOAN AMORTIZATION'  on  a  floppy disk  system 
  59. you  need a total free disk space in excess of 400k.  This  means 
  60. that  you  can  not run the AMORT program from  a  standard  360k 
  61. floppy  disk  ( the program is too large to fit on this  size  of 
  62. disk).

  64. Insert the 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' distribution disk into drive  'A'.
  65.  
  66. Load  a formated floppy disk (with free space in excess of  400k) 
  67. into  disk drive 'B'.  Make this disk the default drive  you  are 
  68. operating from by entering:
  69.  
  70.                            B: <return>
  71.  
  72. Decompress and copy the AMORT.EXE program from your  distribution 
  73. to the new disk in drive 'B' by entering the following command:
  74.     
  75.                    A:INSTAMOR <return>
  76.  
  77. Remove the 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' distribution disk from drive 'A'.
  78.  
  79. You now have a working copy of 'AMORT' on your 'B' disk.  To load 
  80. your program just enter:

  82.                           AMORT <enter>

  110. Texas  and shall inure to the benefit of  MICRO DATA  ASSIST  and 
  111. any successors, administrators,  heirs and assigns. Any action or 
  112. proceeding brought by either party  against the other arising out 
  113. of  or  related  to this  agreement  shall be brought only in   a  
  114. STATE  or FEDERAL  COURT  of competent  jurisdiction  located  in 
  115. Collin County, Texas. The parties hereby consent to  in  personam 
  116. jurisdiction of said courts.

  119. the software or any copyright rights. You  may not   sub-license,   
  120. rent,    lease,    convey,    modify,  translate,   convert    to 
  121. another   programming   language, decompile,   or  dissemble  the
